At your first appointment, you will get a clear understanding of what is causing your pain.
If you are off work, or not able to participate in sport, we can help predict how long it will take to get you back on your feet so that you can plan ahead.
We will also begin right away on easing your pain by utilising our expertise in hands-on techniques to release areas of congestion, spasm and tightness. We will show you specific movements and exercises that you can do at home to ease your pain and free up stiffness.
If we need to clarify your diagnosis or indeed if we need to rule out a more serious injury, we will arrange an x-ray or ultrasound scan for you.
If you have multiple areas of pain or have had pain for a long time, we can arrange for you to have an extended appointment time, where we can cover all of your issues on the same day.
